Role Overview :

As an AI Engineer at PARTEX.AI, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying sophisticated models that solve complex real-world challenges. Your day-to-day will involve architecting end-to-end AI pipelines, refining large language models, and integrating computer vision capabilities into our core product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate ambiguous technical requirements into high-impact, production-ready AI systems that directly influence user experience and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to automate decision-making processes for our enterprise clients.

- Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance the accuracy and relevance of LLM-based applications.

- Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets to achieve superior performance metrics tailored to client needs.

- Engineer robust computer vision solutions to process and interpret visual data for industrial and commercial applications.

- Maintain and improve existing classical ML models to ensure high reliability and performance across our production environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on AI features, ensuring that technical outputs align with broader business objectives and scalability requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for building production-grade AI systems, with a deep understanding of modern data science libraries and frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and implement LLM architectures, including advanced fine-tuning techniques and RAG integration.

- Strong foundation in classical machine learning algorithms and their application in solving predictive modeling problems.

- Experience in developing computer vision pipelines, including object detection, image classification, and segmentation tasks.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective cross-team collaboration.

- A minimum of 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or a closely related field, with a track record of delivering successful projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an educational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Pune, contributing to a high-performance team culture.
