1. Main Purpose :

The DW Product Owner is responsible for an overall coordination and management of endpoint services related to mobile devices, logistics mobile devices and Apple MacOS computers across Orbia regions and Business Groups. A goal for the role is to ensure a standardized, managed, secure and stable solutions for end users in scope of the mentioned endpoints usage. The responsibility scope includes defining hardware and software configuration standards for the endpoints, defining their lifecycle and related processes, defining services development roadmaps, managing documentation of the service, supporting negotiations with related global providers, implementing and managing systems supporting delivery of services.

2. Key Responsibilities :

Endpoint Management (Apple MacOS) :

- Design overall service strategy, including management methods, configuration standards, development roadmap.

- Identify new solutions and capabilities for service improvements and cost optimization.

- Design, document and implement processes related with endpoints lifecycle.

- Ensure implementation of CyberSecurity requirements for the service.

- Administer management systems related to the service (Intune, JamfPro, Apple Business Manager and other connected).

- Provide hardware and software configuration guideline to use across Orbia.

- Provide L3 SME support for the service.

- Define service compliance measures and monitor them.

Mobile Device Management (MDM) :

- Design overall service strategy, including management methods, configuration standards, development roadmap.

- Identify new solutions and capabilities for service improvements and cost optimization.

- Design, document and implement processes related with endpoints lifecycle.

- Ensure implementation of CyberSecurity requirements for the service.

- Administer management systems related to the service (Intune, JamfPro, Apple Business Manager, Samsung KNOX, Google ZeroTouch, Soti MobiControl, Zebra DNA and other connected).

- Provide hardware and software configuration guideline to use across Orbia.

- Provide L3 SME support for the service.

- Define service compliance measures and monitor them.

Stakeholder & Communication Management :

- Provide communication to internal stakeholders, including leadership, regarding planned changes in the service.

- Align services development and strategy with business needs.

Financial & Contractual Oversight, Governance :

- Monitor managed solutions stability and usage, reporting on current costs and monitor budget consumptions.

- Ensure readiness and support audits and compliance checks.

- Maintain and update policies and technical documentation.

- Coordinate contracts with global providers of support services, hardware and software solutions.

- Support budgeting cycles by supplying accurate run-cost and forecasting information.

- Identify cost optimization opportunities in service.

Cross Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Application teams to design and implement effective services.

- Collaborate with Field Services and Endpoint Operations teams to operationalize implemented solutions and provide L3 support.

3. Complexity of the Job :

- Direct : services provided to 12000 endpoints and 22000+ end users.

- Overseeing global contracts for licenses and management tools.

4. Internal and External Relationships :

- Managed Service Providers (External) : Provide service process definition; Gather improvement feedback.

- Business Relationship Managers, IT Leaders (Internal) : Gather business requirements; Plan implementation of changes.

- CyberSecurity team (Internal) : Ensuring security compliance; Emergencies.

7. Education, Experience, Language, & Physical Requirements :

Language : English - Expert.

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience. Masters degree is a plus.

Skills :

- Mobile management solutions (MDM).

- Apple computers management.

Preferred certifications :

- Cloud or endpoint-management certifications.

Experience :

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT services, 7+ years in Senior Engineer or Architect roles.

- Proven experience in providing services for global organizations.

Strong background in :

- Service design and documentation governance.

- Service strategy and development roadmap definition.

- Identifying business requirements.

- Continuous improvement and service maturity.

Digital Workplace Services Expertise :

- Experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and supporting services for Apple computers Management : Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, MacOS lifecycle management, Software and hardware configuration standards defining, Compliance and device configuration management.

- Mobile device Management : Mobile devices (Android and iOS platform, Dedicated, Personal, Fully Managed, Shared) management and hardware standards defining, Mobile lifecycle management, Google Zero Touch, Samsung Knox, Apple Business Manager governance, Enrollment, policy management, and compliance governance.

- Logistics devices Management : SOTI Mobile Controle, Zebra DNA Governance, Mobile computers (Zebra, Honeywell and others) configuration and hardware standards definition, Enrollment, policy management, and compliance governance.
