Position Summary :

The Global Digital Workplace Product Owner - Mobility & macOS is responsible for the strategic ownership, governance, and lifecycle management of endpoint services related to mobile devices, logistics mobility solutions, and Apple macOS devices across all Orbia regions and business groups. This role ensures that endpoint services are standardized, secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements while delivering an optimal end-user experience. The Product Owner defines hardware and software standards, develops service roadmaps, oversees endpoint management platforms, drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with cybersecurity and governance requirements. The position serves as the global subject matter expert (SME) for Mobility and macOS services and collaborates closely with infrastructure, security, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver modern workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Apple macOS Endpoint Management :

- Define and maintain the global macOS service strategy, management framework, configuration standards, and technology roadmap.

- Identify emerging technologies and service enhancements to improve user experience, security, and operational efficiency.

- Design, document, and implement endpoint lifecycle management processes.

- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and compliance requirements.

- Administer and maintain endpoint management platforms including : 1. Microsoft Intune, 2. Jamf Pro, 3. Apple Business Manager, 4. Related integrated solutions.

- Establish global hardware and software standards for macOS devices.

- Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support and subject matter expertise.

- Define, monitor, and report on service compliance metrics and operational KPIs.

2. Mobile Device Management (MDM) :

- Own the global mobility service strategy, standards, and development roadmap.

- Evaluate and implement new capabilities to improve service delivery and optimize costs.

- Design and manage mobile device lifecycle processes.

- Ensure mobile solutions comply with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

- Administer and support mobility management platforms including : 1. Microsoft Intune, 2. Jamf Pro, 3. Apple Business Manager, 4. Samsung Knox, 5. Google Zero-Touch Enrollment, 6. SOTI MobiControl, 7. Zebra DNA, 8. Other related platforms.

- Develop and maintain global device configuration and deployment standards.

- Act as the L3 escalation point and mobility SME.

- Monitor compliance, device health, and service performance.

3. Stakeholder Management & Communications :

- Communicate planned service changes, roadmap updates, and operational impacts to business and IT stakeholders.

- Partner with leadership and business groups to align endpoint services with organizational objectives.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into service improvements and technology initiatives.

4. Financial Management, Governance & Vendor Oversight :

- Monitor service performance, usage, licensing, and operational costs.

- Support budgeting and forecasting activities with accurate financial and consumption data.

- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities.

- Coordinate and manage relationships with global hardware, software, and managed service providers.

- Ensure audit readiness and support compliance assessments.

- Maintain and continuously improve policies, standards, procedures, and technical documentation.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to design and implement secure workplace solutions.

- Partner with Field Services and Endpoint Operations teams to operationalize services and ensure effective support models.

- Drive continuous service improvement through cross-functional initiatives and technology modernization efforts.

Job Complexity :

- Global responsibility across multiple regions and business units.

- Supports approximately 12,000 managed endpoints and 22,000+ end users worldwide.

- Oversees enterprise-wide mobility and macOS management services.

- Manages relationships with global vendors and service providers across diverse geographic, financial, and regulatory environments.

- Responsible for governance of global licensing, endpoint management platforms, and associated contracts.

- Influences strategic technology decisions impacting workplace productivity, security, and user experience.

Qualifications & Experience :

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Proven experience in endpoint management, mobility solutions, and digital workplace technologies within a global enterprise environment.

- Strong experience administering : 1. Microsoft Intune, 2. Jamf Pro, 3. Apple Business Manager, 4. Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.

- Experience managing Apple macOS environments at scale.

- Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management.

- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Intune certifications.

- Jamf certifications.

- ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification.

- Experience supporting logistics mobility solutions and ruggedized devices.

- Experience in global enterprise transformation or workplace modernization programs.
