Job Description: Full Stack Developer Lead

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 5 days working from office

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development

- Strong experience in React Web development

- Good understanding of database design, table structure, indexing, and query optimization

- Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices-based applications

- Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes-based deployment

- Basic understanding of cloud fundamentals like compute, storage, networking, load balancer, security, scaling, etc.

- Hands-on experience with GitLab, Git branching, merge requests, and code review process

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines

- Should be able to troubleshoot development, deployment, and production issues

- Basic knowledge of Redis, Kafka, or any message queue

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of full stack applications using Python and React

- Guide the team members technically and help them in resolving blockers

- Review code and ensure good coding standards are followed

- Design backend APIs and frontend components as per project requirements

- Work closely with DevOps team for Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment-related activities

- Participate in requirement discussions and convert requirements into technical tasks

- Interact with foreign clients and explain technical points clearly

- Track team progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned work

- Ensure proper documentation, code quality, and maintainability
