Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack AEM Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM as a Cloud Service) to build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-scale digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AEM development, Java, front-end technologies, and CMS integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM as a Cloud Service).

- Build reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and content models.

- Develop and maintain custom AEM features using Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR APIs.

- Configure and manage AEM environments, including local development and cloud deployments.

- Translate business and UX requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

- Integrate AEM with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services.

- Optimize website performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit tests and follow CI/CD best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous platform improvements.

- Estimate development effort and contribute to technical planning and solution design.

Required Skills :

- 4 years of experience in Web Content Management, including at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

- Strong experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

- Solid programming experience in Java/J2EE.

- Hands-on expertise in Sling Framework, Apache Felix OSGi, JCR APIs, and Digital Asset Management (DAM).

- Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Next.js, and CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.

- Experience building reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.

- Experience integrating AEM with external systems through REST APIs and web services.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.

- Strong understanding of responsive design, UI/UX best practices, website performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience managing website security updates and supporting development, staging, and production environments.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with other CMS platforms such as Contentful, WordPress, or Optimizely.

- Experience integrating AEM with e-commerce platforms and enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of cloud-native deployment practices and modern web architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
