About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to build cutting-edge AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will develop intelligent AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using the latest AI frameworks and APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Generative AI applications using modern LLMs.

- Build intelligent AI Agents for business automation.

- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

- Integrate OpenAI APIs and other foundation models into production applications.

- Build conversational AI assistants and enterprise chatbots.

- Design prompt engineering strategies for high-quality AI responses.

- Work with vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.

- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams.

- Optimize AI model performance, latency, and scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with OpenAI APIs

- Hands-on experience with LangChain

- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems

- Expertise in developing AI Agents

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Experience with Prompt Engineering

- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration

- Familiarity with Git and Linux

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS)

- LangGraph or CrewAI

- MCP (Model Context Protocol)

- FastAPI

- MLOps and AI deployment experience

Eligibility :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

- 2 to 8+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML or Generative AI

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred
