Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with strong expertise in Python backend development, React, cloud-native technologies, and distributed systems to build scalable, high-performance products. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of features, contribute to system architecture, and work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building robust microservices, and driving product innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and React.js.

- Build high-performance microservices using REST APIs and gRPC.

- Develop backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Create responsive and modern frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Design scalable system components and contribute to architecture discussions.

- Optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Take end-to-end ownership of features from design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and continuous delivery.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve application performance.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices through code reviews and technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on product development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Python using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Experience designing and developing Microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC services.

- Strong understanding of System Design and scalable distributed architectures.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Expertise in PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization.

- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and production support skills.

- Knowledge of concurrency, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Protobuf.

- Familiarity with Linux environments.

- Knowledge of data modeling and scalable backend architectures.

- Experience working in Agile product engineering teams.

- Ability to independently own technical initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
