Role Overview :

As a Technical Architect at Nitor Infotech, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical execution. You will lead the design and implementation of high-scale applications, ensuring that the architectural vision aligns with long-term business goals. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and client stakeholders to navigate technical challenges, drive architectural governance, and mentor senior developers. Your work will directly influence the scalability, security, and maintainability of enterprise-grade platforms used by global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and document comprehensive application architectures that support high-concurrency and high-availability requirements for enterprise clients.

- Define and implement microservices-based strategies to modernize legacy systems and improve modularity across product portfolios.

- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate abstract business needs into actionable system blueprints and technical roadmaps.

- Conduct rigorous code and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices, performance standards, and security protocols.

- Evaluate and recommend emerging technology stacks and frameworks to optimize development efficiency and system performance.

- Mentor engineering teams on architectural patterns, design principles, and best-in-class development methodologies to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, distributed systems and microservices architectures within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Advanced proficiency in modern software development lifecycles, including CI/CD integration, cloud-native deployments, and containerization strategies.

- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot systemic bottlenecks and optimize application performance.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering collaborative working relationships in a hybrid office environment in Pune.

- Possession of 8 - 20 years of relevant experience in software architecture and design, with a strong academic background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
