Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the final technical escalation point for the NOC team on Campus technologies.
- Own and delegate escalations to the L2 team, driving issues through to resolution.
- Plan and execute technical upskilling initiatives for the NOC team.
- Handle and resolve escalations from both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and drive technical calls with vendor TAC (Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet) and other external teams during critical incidents.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across core networking and security domains, staying current with new technologies and vendor solutions.
Candidate Requirements :
- Must have 4+ years of total experience in networking / network security engineering, with at least 3+ years directly in a NOC / network operations environment handling L2/L3 escalations.
- Must have served as a senior escalation point, owning and driving critical issues through to resolution.
- Must have experience working directly with vendor TAC teams to resolve complex issues.
- Must have experience mentoring and upskilling junior engineers (L1/L2).
- Must have strong hands-on experience with Wired and Wireless networking, Firewalls, NAC, and SD-WAN.
- Must have working knowledge of vendor platforms - Aruba, Juniper, and Fortinet.
- Must be able to lead and drive technical calls with vendor TAC (Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet) and external teams during critical incidents.
- Must have hands-on protocol-level troubleshooting depth across routing (OSPF/BGP), switching (VLAN, EtherChannel/LACP, loops), 802.1X/RADIUS authentication, SD-WAN, and firewall policy/traffic-flow issues.
- Must act as an SME across core networking and security domains, staying current with new technologies and vendor solutions.
- Must have strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage high-pressure escalations.
Working Conditions :
- 5 Days Working from Office.
- Notice Period : 30 Days (Maximum).
