THE ROLE:

Work closely with the leadership team to build and scale data science capabilities. This role requires ownership, adaptability, and the ability to evolve systems from early-stage execution to scalable processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Model Development & Deployment:

- Algorithm design & model optimization

- Production deployment & system integration

- Model monitoring & performance tracking

- Technical leadership & strategic projects

Analytics & Insights:

- Statistical analysis & hypothesis testing

- Advanced machine learning (ML, AI, Python and other technologies)

- End-to-end project lifecycle management

- Stakeholder communication & insight presentation

WHAT YOU BRING:

Essential Experience:

- 4 - 5 years in data science in fast-paced environments

- Proven machine learning implementation success

- Strong statistical modelling & ML expertise

- Executive presence & founder collaboration ability

- Exceptional multi-tasking under pressure
