Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a product, domain and AI-focused mindset. Youll join a small to medium, dynamic team that builds end-to-end solutions for real-world problems. Beyond technical excellence, you should bring an ability to quickly learn new domains, curiosity for AI technologies, and a willingness to learn the domain and market products to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take end-to-end ownership of AI-powered product features, from requirement discussions and design to development, testing, deployment, and iteration based on user feedback.

- Apply your previous product experience to guide technical and product decisions, improving the speed and quality of delivery.

- Learn and contribute to understanding the domain and AI product landscape, ensuring solutions are relevant and competitive.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and engineers to translate user stories into scalable and AI-powered technical solutions.

- Build, integrate, and maintain services and components across internal systems and third-party platforms.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets product and quality requirements.

- Deploy solutions across development, QA, and Production environments, ensuring reliability and performance.

- Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or fixes efficiently.

- Contribute to Agile processes and help prioritize the backlog with a focus on delivering value.

- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in system design, performance, and engineering practices.

- Produce technical documentation for maintainability, knowledge sharing, and future development.

- Work closely with architects to evolve system architecture in line with long-term product and domain goals.

Required Skills and Expertise :

- 7+ years of full-stack development experience, with .NET Core backend and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Blazor or modern JS frameworks).

- Proven ability to ship features and products quickly while maintaining high quality and scalability.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, including generative AI models (OpenAI, Claude), embeddings, vector search, and AI APIs.

- Strong experience in Azure cloud services, including but not limited to : Azure Container Apps, App Services, Storage Accounts, Cosmos DB, Key Vault.

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and GitHub Actions.

- Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, scalable architectures, and AI workflow integration.

- Experience building applications with Azure Entra / OAuth / OpenID integrations for authentication and authorization.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development, story estimation, and working in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Strong experience building enterprise and web-based applications.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET 5+/ASP.NET.

- Front-end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON.

- Familiarity with Git and modern development tools (e.g. Visual Studio).
