Mozilor Technologies - Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong skills in SQL, dashboards, and product analytics tools. Youll help teams explore data, track key metrics, and set up the tools needed to measure what matters.

This role supports decision-making across multiple departments as we grow rapidly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain and improve our internal data warehouse and reporting systems.

- Write SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.

- Design and manage data pipelines and ensure data quality.

Business Intelligence & Reporting :

- Build dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams.

- Create templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking.

Product & Behavioral Analytics :

- Set up and maintain tracking for user actions and product features.

Attribution & Campaign Tracking:

- Ensure accurate tracking using UTM parameters and campaign data.

- Collaborate with engineering and marketing to validate attribution data.

Cross-Team Collaboration :

- Build guides and tools that help others access and understand data.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or a related role in a B2B SaaS company.

- Proficient in SQL, with experience optimizing queries and data models.

- Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.

- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters).

- Ability to clearly communicate insights and work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams.
