Role Summary :

A Technical Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise applications using .NET full stack technologies. The role involves strong technical expertise, system design, and collaboration to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Scope and Responsibilities :

- End-to-end full stack development using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Angular, React.js

- Design scalable and high-performance applications

- API development, system integrations, and backend services

- Database development and optimization using SQL Server

- Production support, RCA, and troubleshooting

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Technical Execution :

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Drive architecture and integration across applications

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security

- Work closely with delivery and engineering teams

Skillset Requirements :

Required :

- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API

- Experience in Entity Framework / EF Core

- Hands-on with Angular and React.js

- Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, query optimization)

- Experience in API development and integrations

Preferred :

- Exposure to Azure services

- Experience in production support and monitoring

- Own end-to-end delivery and technical ownership

- Ensure application performance and reliability

- Collaborate effectively across teams

- Proactively address risks and issues

Boundaries (What This Role Is Not) :

- Not limited to individual contributor coding; expected to lead technically
