Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams App Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building advanced Teams integrations powered by LLMs and real-time streaming responses.

This is not a standard Bot/Tab implementation.

The requirement involves developing a sophisticated Teams application where LLM-generated responses stream live inside Microsoft Teams instead of traditional single-shot replies.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with :

- Microsoft Bot Framework

- Teams AI Library

- Streaming AI/LLM integrations

- Real-time conversational interfaces inside Teams

- Custom Teams app architecture and deployment

We are specifically seeking candidates who have already implemented similar live-streaming AI experiences inside Teams environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom Microsoft Teams applications

- Build real-time streaming LLM integrations within Teams

- Integrate APIs, AI services, and backend systems

- Develop Teams Bots, Tabs, Message Extensions, and Meeting Apps

- Implement secure authentication and SSO flows

- Optimize app performance and Teams user experience

- Collaborate with product, AI, and backend engineering teams

- Deploy and maintain Teams applications in production environments
