Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Technical Lead to lead the design, development, deployment, and governance of enterprise-grade AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Lead discovery workshops and convert business requirements into Copilot Studio solution designs.

- Design enterprise-grade copilots, virtual assistants, and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Define architecture patterns, integration approaches, security controls, and governance frameworks.

- Establish reusable components, accelerators, and best practices for AI solution delivery.

Development & Technical Leadership :

- Lead the development of conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Design and develop custom topics, agent instructions, skills, plugins, connectors, and integrations.

- Build intelligent workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.

- Integrate enterprise applications using Dataverse, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and third-party platforms.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers and citizen developers.

AI & Agentic Solutions :

- Lead implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures.

- Configure enterprise knowledge sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure AI Search, ServiceNow, and other business systems.

- Design orchestration strategies using topics, tools, connectors, MCP integrations, and agent flows.

- Optimize agent performance, prompt design, and response quality.

Governance, Security & Compliance :

- Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

- Implement DLP policies, access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Define operational procedures, deployment standards, and lifecycle management processes.

- Ensure solutions comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery managers, and customers.

- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and enterprise implementations.

- Support effort estimation, solution planning, and technical proposal creation.

- Drive adoption, knowledge transfer, and enablement programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Generative AI concepts.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.

- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connector development.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages : C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployment.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to lead workshops, architecture discussions, and solution reviews.
