Responsibilities :

- Experience in implementing and managing complex Nexus Routing and Switching environments, including advanced VLAN configurations, dynamic routing protocols, and enterprise network optimization.

- Experience in managing, and troubleshooting Firepower Firewall solutions, including advanced access control policies, VPNs, and enterprise-level threat prevention.

- Knowledgeable in managing and optimizing VMware NSX-T environments, including logical routing, switching, micro-segmentation, and distributed firewall configurations for enterprise virtual networks.

- Aware of F5 NLB load balancing techniques, pool and virtual server configurations, and monitoring practices to ensure high availability and optimal application performance.

- Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices.

- Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis.

- Promotes a collaborative and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
