Job Description :

We are looking for an AI-Native MERN Developer with strong hands-on experience in the MERN stack and a proven ability to integrate AI capabilities into modern, scalable applications.

Must-Have Criteria :

- B.Tech in CSE / AI / ML only.

- Graduation from Tier-1 institutes only : IITs, NITs, or BITS.

- 2 to 5 years of relevant development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in : MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.

- Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications.

- Candidates not meeting the above educational and technical criteria will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build scalable and high-performance full-stack applications using MERN.

- Integrate AI capabilities into real-world products and workflows.

- Develop modern, AI-powered user experiences.

- Build AI-powered applications such as chatbots, automation tools, and intelligent assistants.

- Integrate third-party and AI services through APIs.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Apply system design fundamentals to build reliable applications.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Stay updated with emerging AI and full-stack development technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with the complete MERN stack.

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

- Practical experience with Generative AI / LLM-based applications is preferred.

- Understanding of AI APIs, prompt engineering, or AI application frameworks.

- Basic understanding of system design and scalable architectures.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
