We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, a strong understanding of modern web technologies, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The role involves developing scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks.

- Build and integrate backend APIs and services.

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and project managers to implement features.

- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, bug fixing, feature enhancements, application maintenance and performance optimization.

- Work with databases and ensure efficient data handling.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services where required.

- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback. Ensure application security, scalability, and performance standards are followed.

- Maintain version control and follow CI/CD workflows.

- Contribute to testing and quality assurance processes.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.

- Assist in estimating development tasks and meeting project timelines. Document technical implementation details where required.

- Ability to work in a collaborative and process-driven environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Typescript.

- Basic to intermediate backend development knowledge in Node.js / Python / PHP.

- Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

- Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows. Understanding of deployment processes and cloud platforms is a plus.

- Knowledge of responsive UI development and cross-browser compatibility.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
