Job Description :

Medline India is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong technical Front end, Back end, middleware and database skills. This role requires designing and developing complex web and mobile applications and ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.

Responsibilities :

- Partner with business analysts / product owners and delivery teams to enable successful sprint outcomes and incremental delivery of business value.

- Foster a full stack engineering culture, encouraging adoption of T-shaped skills and cross-functional growth within the team.

- Collaborate effectively in a global team setup, working with product stakeholders and business partners to design, build, and support scalable applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, ensuring best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation.

- Proactively drive root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues, with a focus on long-term improvements and system reliability.

- Continuously identify and implement performance optimizations at application, infrastructure, and database levels.

- Contribute to technical decision-making, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions across teams.

- Integrate & fine-tune AI/LLM models (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams & ship production-ready solutions

Tech Stack :

- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs

- Frontend: ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript

- Cloud/DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

- Databases: Relational and NoSQL databases

Nice to Have :

- Module Federation / Microfrontends

- AI-driven UI/UX patterns

- Experience with AI tools/models like copilot/claude/factoryai

Soft Skills :

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
