Role : MDM Administrator

Work Experience :

- Engineering / Computer Science Graduate with 35 years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security.

- Relevant security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, etc. preferred (Good to Have).

- Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or MobileIron.

- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.

- Endpoint security and compliance policy implementation.

- Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) / Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities :

- Device enrolment and provisioning technologies such as Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP/ABM, Samsung Knox, etc.

- Application deployment, software distribution, and patch management.

- Conditional Access policies and security baseline configuration.

- Endpoint monitoring, compliance reporting, and troubleshooting.

- Security policy enforcement for corporate and BYOD environments.

Technical Skills :

- Familiarity with endpoint protection and security tools such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or similar solutions.

- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and endpoint hardening practices.

- Experience in incident handling, root cause analysis, and remediation related to endpoint or device security.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
