Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications, serving as a technical anchor for our engineering team. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and architects, to translate complex business needs into clean, maintainable code. Your daily contributions will directly influence the scalability and user experience of our enterprise platforms, ensuring that our technical solutions remain resilient and aligned with the long-term strategic goals of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web solutions using .Net technologies to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise clients.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems into .Net Core environments to improve system efficiency and reduce technical debt.

- Design and optimize complex database queries using LINQ to ensure seamless data retrieval and application responsiveness.

- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate AngularJS components, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user interface.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless experience for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable applications using C# and the .Net framework, with a deep understanding of .Net Core architecture.

- Proven ability to develop dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces using AngularJS and integrating them with robust back-end services.

- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and management using LINQ and Entity Framework to support complex business logic.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, whether working from our Goa or Bangalore offices, while maintaining high productivity in a hybrid or office-based setup.

- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
