Description :

- Design and develop AI/LLM-powered applications in cloud-native Azure environments

- Build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with vector databases

- Develop intelligent agent-based workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and orchestration frameworks

- Integrate Large Language Models including Azure OpenAI and Gemini into enterprise systems

- Design and implement distributed API-driven architectures and AI microservices

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for AI services and external integrations

- Implement prompt engineering, structured output validation, and AI evaluation strategies

- Build containerized AI applications using Docker and cloud-native deployment models

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent DevOps platforms

- Optimize AI application performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

- Implement telemetry, monitoring, logging, and observability solutions

- Collaborate within Agile product teams to deliver iterative releases

- Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, cybersecurity, and Responsible AI practices

- Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, tools, and shared platform components

Required Skills :

- 5 to 7 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML or LLM-based systems

- Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph including Agents and Tools

- Practical knowledge of MCP and A2A communication models

- Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

- Experience working with vector stores such as Azure AI Search and PGVector

- Experience integrating Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and other enterprise LLM platforms

- Strong proficiency in Python and API development

- Experience developing distributed and cloud-native applications on Azure

- Experience with Docker and containerized deployment architectures

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and distributed systems

- Strong understanding of telemetry, monitoring, and logging frameworks

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience designing multi-agent orchestration systems

- Exposure to LLM optimization and cost management strategies

- Experience contributing to enterprise AI platforms or reusable frameworks

- Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and Responsible AI practices

- Familiarity with scalable AI infrastructure and modern DevOps practices

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
