Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Lead AI & Platform to own and scale our end-to-end product ecosystem across multiple platforms. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role requiring someone who can operate at the intersection of technology, AI, and business strategy.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of product strategy, platform evolution, and business impact, working closely with senior leadership to drive AI-led transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for MarketsandMarkets platform ecosystem

- Drive AI-first product transformation, identifying use cases across research, data intelligence, and client delivery

- Own business outcomes and revenue impact driven by the product ecosystem

- Work closely with leadership / CXO stakeholders to define strategic priorities

- Lead and mentor product and cross-functional teams, ensuring execution excellence

- Work with engineering and data science teams to architect scalable, high-performance systems

- Evaluate and enhance existing platforms to improve efficiency, usability, and monetization

- Translate complex business problems into tech-driven solutions and product innovations

- Define and track product success metrics (adoption, performance, revenue impact)

- Stay ahead of AI, data, and platform trends, embedding them into the product vision

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable) :

- Educational Background : IIT (or equivalent top-tier institution)

- Experience : 8 - 25 years in Product / Platform / Tech roles

- Strong experience in owning and scaling platforms or complex tech products

- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML or LLM-driven product development

- Strong understanding of system architecture, data platforms, and integrations

- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Exposure to working with top Management Consulting firms

- Proven experience leading product teams and driving cross-functional pods to deliver large-scale, complex product initiatives with end-to-end ownership

Preferred Skillset :

- Technical depth in Python, APIs, cloud platforms, or system design

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, data engineering, or analytics platforms

- Background in B2B, SaaS, or data-driven product ecosystems

- Experience working with cross-functional global teams
