We are looking for an experienced Archer Manager with strong expertise in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) domain and hands-on experience with the Archer platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in system administration, solution configuration, stakeholder management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective Archer solutions.

- Configure, customize, and administer Archer applications and workflows.

- Develop functional specifications, solution design documents, and other project documentation.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Deploy code and configuration changes across environments following change management processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability.

- Conduct end-user training and provide functional support.

- Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs), demonstrations, and solution presentations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality GRC solutions.

Required Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of overall IT experience with hands-on experience in RSA Archer.

- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) concepts and Archer platform capabilities.

- Experience in Archer system administration, configuration, and customization.

- Hands-on experience with both core and custom Archer GRC applications.

- Good understanding of solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

- Willingness to learn and work on the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Skills :

- RSA Archer Certification.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.

- Experience integrating Archer with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
