Job Title : Data Engineer SAS/DWBI

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned data professional with 5 - 8 years of handson experience in SAS, focused on data warehousing and business intelligence (DWBI). The role will involve designing, building, and optimizing ETL pipelines, extracting insights from dimensional models, and collaborating across functions to deliver timely datadriven answers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SASbased ETL processes that populate and refresh dimensional data models and data warehouses.

- Retrieve, transform, and load data from relational databases using advanced SQL techniques.

- Analyze complex business questions, leverage existing data assets, and provide accurate, timely answers to stakeholders.

- Partner with crossfunctional teamsincluding analytics, product, and engineeringto ensure data solutions meet business needs.

- Manage multiple data initiatives simultaneously in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

- Document data flows, data dictionaries, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Experience :

- The Candidate must have 5 - 8 years of experience in SAS especially in the DWBI area.

- Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong experience with ETL methods and with retrieving data from dimensional data models and data warehouses.

- Strong experience with relational databases and data access methods especially SQL.

- Excellent collaboration and cross functional leadership skills.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast - paced collaborative environment.

- Ability to leverage data assets to respond to complex questions that require timely answer.
