About the Opportunity :

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to build and enhance interactive web products, connecting intuitive user experiences with dependable server-side functionality.

This position involves developing React-based interfaces, implementing Node.js application logic, and working with relational databases to support accurate, efficient information processing.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems across the application stack, understands how frontend and backend components interact, and takes ownership of delivering well-tested features from implementation through release.

What You Will Work On :

- Interactive Web Development : Build reusable React components and application screens, managing UI state through Redux, Context API, or other suitable approaches.

- Server-Side Feature Development : Implement application functionality using Node.js and Express.js, structuring backend modules to support clear separation of responsibilities and ease of maintenance.

- API Implementation : Develop REST endpoints, define request and response contracts, validate incoming data, and handle errors consistently across application services.

- Relational Data Management : Design queries and data-access operations for PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring reliable retrieval, updates, and persistence of application data.

- Query and Application Optimization : Investigate slow database operations, refine query execution, and improve frontend rendering or backend processing where performance issues arise.

- Responsive User Experiences : Convert design specifications into accessible layouts that function consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.

- Application Integration : Connect client-side features with backend endpoints, manage loading and error states, and ensure that data is presented accurately throughout user workflows.

- Testing and Defect Resolution : Create unit and integration tests, investigate reported defects, and validate fixes before code is promoted to subsequent environments.

- Codebase Maintenance : Refactor existing modules, reduce unnecessary complexity, and follow established conventions for readability, reuse, and long-term support.

- Release Collaboration : Participate in code reviews, maintain source control through Git, and contribute to automated build and deployment workflows.

- Cross-Functional Execution : Work with product designers, quality engineers, and other developers to clarify requirements, estimate implementation effort, and deliver features within agreed timelines.

Technical Requirements :

- 4 - 6 years of professional experience in full stack web application development.

- Strong hands-on proficiency in React.js, including component composition, hooks, state management, and frontend integration patterns.

- Practical experience developing server-side applications with Node.js and Express.js.

- Good command of JavaScript ES6+ and a solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and browser behaviour.

- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs across frontend and backend layers.

- Working knowledge of relational database design, SQL joins, indexing concepts, transactions, and query optimization.

- Familiarity with at least one of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.

- Experience with Git-based collaboration, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.

- Understanding of application testing practices and techniques for diagnosing production or development defects.

- Knowledge of maintainable software design, secure coding fundamentals, and application performance considerations.

Additional Skills That Will Be Valuable :

- Experience using TypeScript in frontend or backend development.

- Familiarity with GraphQL and its application in data-fetching workflows.

- Exposure to NoSQL data stores and the trade-offs between relational and non-relational models.

- Experience deploying web applications on AWS or Microsoft Azure.

- Understanding of Docker-based development environments or Kubernetes fundamentals.

- Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery teams.
