Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI, agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions.

- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

- Take technical ownership of solution delivery from architecture and implementation through testing and production handover.

- Technically lead and coordinate Agent Developers, AI Solution Developers and Automation Developers.

- Establish engineering standards, reusable components, development practices and CI/CD processes.

- Drive solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI services, Copilot Studio and approved automation platforms.

- Support model-agnostic solution architectures and integration of additional approved enterprise LLM platforms where appropriate.

- Ensure secure integration with enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, SAP, Jira and Confluence.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, AI governance and operational requirements.

- Support recruitment, onboarding and technical development of the AI Hub engineering team.

- Collaborate closely with German IT teams to ensure reliable delivery and measurable business value.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Typically 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture or enterprise cloud integration.

- Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions into production.

- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, agentic AI, cloud architectures and intelligent automation.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise integration technologies.

- Solid understanding of software engineering, APIs, DevOps and CI/CD.

- Experience technically leading interdisciplinary development teams.

- Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity management and governance.

- Ability to combine architectural thinking with practical implementation and delivery responsibility.

- Strong English communication skills and experience working with international teams.
