Lead .Net Developer - ASP/C#

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and actively participate in hands-on development of applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and related technologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Mentor and guide a team of junior developers (2-3 members), providing technical leadership and ensuring quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures, triggers, and batches for efficient database interaction.

- Implement client-side scripting with JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX to enhance user experience.

- Utilize Entity Framework for data access and management.

- Work with front-end frameworks such as Angular (6.0 and above) and technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.

- Design and implement RESTful and SOAP web services (WCF, SOAP, REST).

- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability by following architectural and coding standards.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) for deploying and managing applications is a plus.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues independently.

- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX implementation.

- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server including stored procedures, triggers, and batch processing.

- Familiarity with LINQ is highly desirable.

- Experience with Angular 6.0+ versions preferred.

- Knowledge of Oracle database, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, WCF, SOAP, and REST web services.

- Experience with Entity Framework ORM.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and coding standards.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time while maintaining high quality.

- Ability to mentor and lead junior team members effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and independent work ethic.
