Lead Java Developer - Microservices Architecture

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance software modules using Java/J2EE, Microservices, REST APIs, and Hibernate.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to scalable, performant system designs.

- Apply design patterns, coding standards, and software engineering best practices.

- Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) and ensure high code quality with unit and integration tests.

- Work with RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL) for schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Ensure efficient data access layers using Hibernate or similar ORM tools.

- Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies f or sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

- Ensure end-to-end responsibilityfrom requirement understanding to deployment.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Conduct code reviews and lead technical troubleshooting sessions.

- Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and automated testing frameworks.

- Contribute to improving development workflows, automation, and productivity.

- Experience with jPOS or payment domain systems is a strong plus.

- Exposure to Angular / AngularJS for UI integration is an added advantage.

Qualification :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (BCS, BE, B.Tech)

- OR Masters Degree in Computer Science (ME, M.Tech, MS)

Primary Tech Stack : Microservices, Java/J2EE, Hibernate, RESTful services, Knowledge of DB (Oracle, MySQL).

Secondary Tech Stack : jPOS, Angular [optional]
