Lead Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Full Stack Engineer with 12 to 15 years of total IT experience to lead our development team. You will drive the architecture of high-performance web applications and directly manage our L1 support and triage team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture & Development : Design and build scalable web applications using React & Node.js.

- API Design : Create, secure, and maintain robust RESTful APIs.

- Database Management : Optimize complex SQL queries, schemas, and relational database structures.

- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor an L1 support and engineering team.

- Incident Management : Oversee production issue triage, ticket resolution, and system uptime.

- Code Quality : Conduct strict code reviews and establish engineering best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- Total Experience : 12 to 15 years in professional software engineering.

- Relevant Stack : 7+ years of hands-on production experience with React and Node.js.

- Backend & Data : Deep expertise in writing raw SQL and optimizing relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Integrations : Extensive experience designing and consuming secure REST APIs.

- Tools : Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Support Management : Proven track record of handling L1/L2 engineering support teams.

- Problem Solving : Ability to debug critical production bottlenecks quickly.

- Communication : Clear technical articulation for both developers and business stakeholders.
