Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and React.js to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in modern .NET development, React.js, cloud technologies, microservices, reporting solutions, and application architecture. This role requires technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring developers while delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and React.js.

- Lead end-to-end software development, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API.

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.

- Design and implement Microservices-based applications.

- Create and optimize database solutions using Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

- Develop and maintain SSIS packages, SSRS reports, Windows Services, scheduled jobs, and Task Scheduler processes.

- Design and develop business dashboards using Power BI.

- Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable software architecture using industry best practices.

- Work with Azure services for application deployment and cloud-based solutions.

- Develop automation scripts using PERL for backend processing and operational tasks.

- Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor development teams.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Maintain source code using Git and follow CI/CD best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
