We are looking for a Technical Leader with strong experience in building scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and cloud-native services. The ideal candidate should have excellent programming skills, a solid understanding of software engineering principles, and proven experience delivering end-to-end applications from concept to deployment.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong individual contributor who can take ownership of critical technical components, define architecture, and mentor junior developers. The role also includes working on AI-powered applications involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-driven analytics.

You will work closely with developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to build high-quality software products.

Required Skills :

- Experience in full stack development

- Strong proficiency in React or Angular, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB, Redis, and ORM tools such as Prisma

- Experience building REST APIs and scalable web applications

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, design patterns, and system architecture

- Proficiency with GitHub or GitLab, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms such as AWS

- Strong debugging, optimization, and communication skills

- Proven experience delivering multiple major projects end-to-end

- Ability to conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and lead technical discussions.

AI Development Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini

- Familiarity with open-source models such as Mistral, huggingface

- Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), and AI application development

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy full stack and AI-enabled applications

- Serve as a hands-on individual contributor for critical technical components

- Define application architecture and make key technical decisions

- Build and optimize front-end interfaces, backend APIs, and databases

- Integrate third-party APIs, LLMs, and AI services

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
