Lead Architect - Python

Job Description :

- Proven expertise in architecting and developing enterprise-scale applications.

- Strong proficiency in Python (Django framework) and Object-Oriented Design (OOP) principles.

- Experience with AWS cloud services, PostgreSQL, and Pandas.

- Strong knowledge of jQuery and experience with modern development tools.

- Ability to write secure, scalable, and reusable code.

- Hands-on experience in technical leadership, solution design, and team mentoring.

Good to Have Skills :

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 4.

- Strong understanding of REST API design, authentication, and authorization.

- Exposure to Microservices architecture and design patterns.

- Experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage.

- Background in Java development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications in Python/Django.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.

- Drive best practices in coding, design, performance optimization, and security.

- Design and implement REST APIs and ensure seamless system integrations.

- Lead cloud deployment strategies on AWS.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of enterprise systems.

- Stay ahead of technology trends and recommend adoption of modern tools & frameworks.
