Job Summary :

We are looking for a Lead Architect with 10+ years of experience in application design, solution architecture, and hands-on development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js and Node.js, with the ability to lead architecture decisions while remaining hands-on with development. The role requires a strong balance of React.js (60%) and Node.js (40%), along with expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native applications, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead application design, solution architecture, and technical architecture discussions.

- Provide technical leadership while contributing hands-on to development.

- Design and implement scalable React.js and Node.js applications.

- Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures.

- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and Axon Framework.

- Drive cloud-native application development and architecture best practices.

- Support CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Troubleshoot and support critical production issues.

- Ensure architecture governance, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of software development experience with significant experience in architecture and technical leadership.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.

- Strong expertise in Application Design & Solution Architecture.

- Experience with Microservices Architecture.

- Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or Axon Framework.

- Experience in cloud-native application development.

- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.

Preferred :

- Strong experience in architecture governance and technical decision-making.

- Experience working on large-scale distributed systems.

- Experience with Java along with React.js and Node.js will be an added advantage.

- Ability to guide teams while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.
