Job Description : Lead Agentic AI Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Agentic AI Engineer to spearhead the development of our custom AI agent capabilities. In this role, you will architect, build, and scale autonomous and multi-agent systems that solve complex problems for our internal operations and external client projects.
You will be supported by a robust, cross-functional engineering team including Full-Stack .NET, Angular, React, and Node.js developers, Database Engineers, Software Architects, Frontend Designers, and Flutter Mobile App Developers. Your primary focus will be designing the "brain" and orchestration layers of our AI systems, ensuring they are scalable, trainable, and easily cloneable across multiple distinct projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems : Design and implement scalable agentic workflows using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) that allow multiple AI agents to collaborate, reason, and execute complex tasks.
- Develop Reusable AI Assets : Build a foundational agent architecture that can be cloned, fine-tuned, and deployed across various client projects with minimal friction.
- Integrate Tools & APIs : Utilize protocols like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to seamlessly connect agents to external tools, databases, and enterprise APIs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate closely with software architects, full-stack developers, and mobile engineers to integrate agentic capabilities into web and mobile applications.
- Evaluate & Optimize : Implement robust observability, tracing, and evaluation frameworks to monitor agent performance, handle hallucinations, and resolve multi-agent conflicts in production environments.
- Continuous Learning : Stay at the bleeding edge of LLM advancements, RAG techniques, and agentic frameworks.
Tech Stack & Requirements :
- Agentic Frameworks : Deep experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- LLMs & Prompt Engineering : Advanced prompt engineering, function calling/tool use, and experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models (Llama, Qwen).
- System Architecture : Designing stateful, scalable, and asynchronous AI systems; experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Programming Languages : Expert-level Python; familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js or C#/.NET is a plus.
- Production AI & MLOps : Implementing observability, tracing (e.g., LangSmith, Phoenix), and continuous evaluation.
Why Join Us :
- Massive Leverage : You will have an entire army of skilled developers ready to build the infrastructure and UIs around your AI engines.
- High Impact : Your work will directly shape the future of our product offerings and client deliverables.
- Innovation-First : We prioritize scalable, long-term solutions over quick hacks.
How to Apply :
Please submit your resume along with a portfolio or GitHub link showcasing any agentic AI projects, multi-agent systems, or complex LLM integrations you have built.
