We are looking for a highly skilled Knowledge Graph Engineer with strong expertise in Semantic Web technologies, RDF-based Knowledge Graphs, ontology modelling, and AI-powered graph applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, building, querying, and maintaining enterprise Knowledge Graph solutions while integrating them with modern AI and LLM technologies.

The role requires deep understanding of W3C standards, semantic modelling, graph databases, and backend development using Node.js.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Knowledge Graphs.

- Create semantic data models, ontologies, taxonomies, and vocabularies.

- Build and manage RDF datasets using W3C-compliant graph databases.

- Develop and optimize SPARQL queries for complex data retrieval.

- Design and validate ontologies using SHACL and OWL.

- Develop data ingestion and transformation pipelines using RML.

- Build backend services using Node.js to expose Knowledge Graph APIs.

- Integrate Knowledge Graphs with AI/LLM solutions such as OpenAI and Gemini.

- Collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to model domain knowledge.

- Optimize graph performance, scalability, and semantic consistency.

- Document ontology design, semantic models, and implementation standards.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with W3C-compliant Graph Databases (GraphDB, Apache Jena/Fuseki), Semantic Web technologies including RDF, RDFS, OWL, SPARQL, SHACL, and RML, along with expertise in Knowledge Graphs, ontology development, taxonomies, and vocabulary modelling.

- Proficiency in Protégé, Node.js, and integration with OpenAI API, Google Gemini, and AWS AI services is essential.

- Experience with graph databases such as QLever, Stardog, or RDFox, ontology standards including SKOS, QUDT, PROV-O, Dublin Core, and EBUCorePlus, and semantic modelling tools like TopBraid or PoolParty.

- Exposure to GraphRAG, LLMs, vLLM, Ollama, SPARQL Federation, BPMN, SWRL, Datalog, and Three.js will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of software development experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Semantic Web technologies and Knowledge Graphs.

- Strong understanding of ontology engineering and linked data principles.

- Experience integrating Knowledge Graphs with Generative AI solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
