Keuro Life - BI Engineer - Tableau/Power BI

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, cloud apps, etc.).

- Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and deliver effective data solutions.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to optimize data pipelines and ensure high-quality data availability.

- Maintain and enhance data models and documentation for better accessibility and usability.

- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot BI tools and data quality issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions).

- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or tools like DBT for data transformation.

- Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or retail analytics is a plus.

- Exposure to version control tools like Git.
