Junior Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a Junior Machine Learning Engineer with 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python and Machine Learning fundamentals along with experience working on Azure-based ML/AI environments.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and operationalization of ML models and pipelines. The role will also involve working with Azure AI Foundry, particularly its evaluation capabilities and model catalog, to establish standardized workflows for model evaluation, selection, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning models.

- Perform feature engineering, feature selection, data preprocessing, and model tuning.

- Build and maintain ML training and evaluation pipelines.

- Work with Microsoft Azure AI services and Azure Machine Learning.

- Leverage Azure AI Foundry evaluation tools to evaluate AI/ML model outputs.

- Support deployment of ML models into development, testing, and production environments.

Mandatory Skills :

- Python, Machine Learning, Feature Engineering, Model Training, Model Evaluation, ML Pipelines, Azure Machine Learning.

Strongly Preferred :

- Azure AI Foundry, MLOps, Model Deployment, Model Monitoring, Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, LLM Evaluation, RAG Evaluation.
