Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the full lifecycle of integration services : requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Design and build scalable Admin platform features using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Ensure high standards of performance, reliability, security, and compliance.

- Drive architecture discussions, scalability, maintainability, and best engineering practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, seamless solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and champion secure identity management practices.

Experience :

- 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and API design.

- 3+ years in technical leadership roles working with cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience in Microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Strong background in designing highly available, scalable, and high-performance systems.

- Experience defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and architecting solutions to meet them.
