We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join our engineering team and drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications within the Railroad and Rail Logistics domain.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java Full Stack technologies and have proven experience leading development teams while delivering large-scale enterprise solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA engineers.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.

- Drive technical design discussions and architecture decisions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Support deployment, testing, production releases, and issue resolution.

- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure successful sprint delivery.

Required Technical Skills :

- 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.

- Experience with Angular and REST API development.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

- Experience with Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, or similar messaging platforms.

- Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, and enterprise architecture.

- Experience leading teams of 8 to 10 members.

Mandatory Domain Requirement :

- Candidates must have prior experience in the Railroad / Rail Logistics domain. Exposure to Freight Management Systems, Terminal Management Systems, Positive Train Control (PTC), Rail Operations Platforms, Monitoring Systems, or related transportation applications is mandatory.
