Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java to ensure high availability and performance for our core business applications.

- Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js to enhance customer engagement and streamline complex workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between product vision and engineering execution.

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and maintain high standards of code quality across the team.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the full stack and implementing efficient data processing and caching strategies.

- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to extend platform functionality, providing seamless connectivity for our global client base.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern React.js frameworks, with a proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle.

- Strong proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, coupled with a deep understanding of database management and SQL/NoSQL optimization techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment in Pune.

- Proven track record of solving complex architectural problems and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

- High degree of adaptability and a proactive mindset, capable of thriving in an agile team structure while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
