We are looking for a high-caliber Java Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications by bridging the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and senior architects to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable server-side components using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and efficient data processing for our clients.

- Design and implement responsive, user-centric interfaces using React.js to enhance user engagement and platform usability.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, ensuring data integrity across the application.

- Participate in code reviews and collaborative sprint planning to maintain high standards of code quality and meet project milestones consistently.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks to optimize application performance and improve the overall stability of our production environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, with a strong grasp of modern software design patterns.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Pune.

- Proven track record of delivering clean, maintainable code within a collaborative team setting, showing a keen eye for detail and performance optimization.

- A solid educational foundation in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to learning and implementing emerging technologies.
