Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development and hands-on frontend experience in React.js. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in designing scalable enterprise applications using Java-based technologies, microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks. Candidates with BFSI or Investment Banking domain experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications with strong backend architecture.

- Build and enhance enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop robust REST APIs and microservices for high-performance systems.

- Implement backend services with focus on scalability, security, and performance optimization.

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand requirements.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions.

- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.

- Ensure application reliability through unit testing, code reviews, and debugging.

- Optimize application performance and improve system efficiency.

- Work on deployment, monitoring, and production support activities.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Support Agile development processes and sprint deliverables.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience in Java development with deep backend expertise.

- Hands-on experience in Spring Boot framework.

- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture.

- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend integrations.

- Hands-on experience in React.js with recent project exposure.

- Strong understanding of frontend development concepts and component-based architecture.

- Expertise in SQL and database design.

- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

- Experience in BFSI / Investment Banking domain is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in full stack application development.

- Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
