SAP Basis Security Consultant:

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end technical migration from SAP ECC to RISE with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition.

- Coordinate with SAP ECS and hyperscaler teams during landscape build, cutover, and go-live.

- Design, build, and maintain SAP authorization concepts (roles, profiles, PFCG).

- Perform SoD analysis, access reviews, and GRC-based remediation.

- Set up security for RISE/Private Cloud environments Fiori, OData, SSO/SAML, Cloud Connector.

- Manage transports, client administration, system refreshes, and system monitoring.

- Handle emergency access (Firefighter IDs) and periodic compliance audits.

- Maintain security documentation and support ITGC/SOX audit requirements.

Required Skills:

- 6 to 10 years of SAP Basis / Security experience.

- Hands-on experience in at least one ECC to RISE S/4HANA (Private Cloud) migration.

- Strong expertise in SAP Authorizations (PFCG, SU01, SU53, SUIM).

- Working knowledge of GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM).

- Understanding of RISE with SAP engagement model & shared responsibility (SAP ECS vs. customer).

- Exposure to hyperscaler environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of SSO, SAML, LDAP integration.

- Familiarity with SAP BTP and S/4HANA/Fiori security.

Good to Have:

- SAP Certification - System Security Architect / S/4HANA System Administration.
