- Experience in Insurance Domain IT systems, process is key.

- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration and API development, 3+ years of experience leading integration teams.

- 3+ years as Full stack development.

- Experience in Development in React JS/ Angular, Spring boot/ Node JS, a RDBMS.

- 2+ years of experience in using the Cloud Services and CI/CD Pipeline on Cloud (preferably on Google Cloud).

- 2+ Experience of Technically leading an Application Development team in Modern Architectures.

- Experience with MuleSoft, IBM Integration Suite, API Gateways and Messaging Platforms.

- Experience with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GCP/AWS).
