Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Engineer / Technical Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of Qt/QML-based HMI applications, while mentoring and guiding a development team in a fast-paced automotive engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture and solution design for Qt/QML-based automotive HMI applications

- Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery and technical best practices

- Own performance optimization and code quality across the product

- Act as the primary technical point of contact with customer/Qt stakeholders

- Drive Agile development practices within the team

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Qt/QML and C++

- Qt version 5.5 [or] Qt version 6 experience mandatory

- Proven experience leading or guiding development teams

- Strong architecture and solution design capability

- Strong focus on performance optimization and code quality

- Excellent communication skills for direct customer/stakeholder interaction

- Qt Quick

- Embedded systems / Embedded Linux

- CANoe/CANalyzer

- J1939 protocol

- Python / test automation

- Experience with instrument clusters or off-highway displays
