Job & Division Summary :

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and drive development of scalable digital solutions supporting our PFT EMEIA (Vacuum & Blowers) Business Group from IRETC Bangalore. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder collaboration, Agile execution, and a focus on quality, security, and innovation.

Responsibilities :

- Own and develop full-stack solutions using Spring Boot and Angular as a hands-on individual contributor.

- Lead integration of SAP, Snowflake, and Salesforce with product selection platforms.

- Deliver AI-enabled capabilities for intelligent recommendations and automation.

- Design secure, scalable APIs and microservices with Security by Design, including threat modeling, secure coding, and CVE remediation.

- Drive DevSecOps practices using SAST tools such as SonarQube and Checkmarx and DAST tools such as OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite.

- Translate mock screens and prototypes into intuitive, high-quality UI implementations.

- Ensure effective data architecture, CI/CD, and performance optimization.

- Mentor technical teams and contribute to engineering best practices.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Web Accessibility.

- Solid backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Hands-on experience building enterprise applications using at least one Low-Code/No-Code platform, such as :

1. Qlik

2. Mendix

3. Microsoft Power Apps

- Experience with secure coding practices, OWASP, API security, and CVE remediation.

Desired Skills :

- Exposure to test automation using Cypress, Jasmine, and unit/integration testing.

- Strong proficiency in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.

- Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

- Knowledge of Agile lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.

- Exposure to enterprise integrations involving SAP, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualification :

- BE / ME in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or Engineering.

- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
