About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python Solution Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, AWS, React.js, cloud architecture, databases, APIs, and modern software engineering practices, along with the ability to provide technical leadership across multiple development squads.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, driving architecture decisions, building reusable frameworks, and ensuring engineering best practices across the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and translate them into high-level and low-level application and database designs.

- Design scalable and resilient solutions using Python and AWS.

- Develop and own solution architecture, technical architecture, design patterns, and reusable frameworks.

- Design and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, including Python-Lambda integrations and best practices.

- Work extensively with AWS Aurora, SQL, GraphQL, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies.

- Collaborate with frontend teams on React.js and end-to-end application architecture.

- Lead the development of POCs, technical frameworks, and reference architectures.

- Provide technical direction to multiple development squads on architecture, coding standards, reusability, scalability, security, and performance.

- Review technical deliverables and mentor developers and technical leads.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.

- Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.

- Work closely with DevOps teams in a CI/CD and cloud-native environment.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

- Drive architecture modernization and adoption of industry best practices.

- Contribute to product development initiatives and technology roadmaps.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.

- Strong experience in AWS architecture and cloud services.

- Expertise in AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.

- Experience with AWS Aurora / RDBMS / SQL and database design.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL.

- Good understanding of React.js and frontend-backend integration.

- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Microservices, and distributed systems.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing.

- Strong understanding of application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

- Experience in designing enterprise-grade applications and reusable frameworks.

- Strong coding and debugging capabilities.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certification is preferred.

- Experience in product development is highly desirable.

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or digital product environments.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate :

- 8 to 15 years of overall software engineering experience.

- Strong experience in solution architecture and technical design.

- Hands-on technologist who can code, prototype, and solve complex technical problems.

- Experience providing technical leadership to engineering teams.
