Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IICS Lead / CDI Lead with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end PowerCenter to IICS migration projects, designing scalable cloud-based ETL solutions, and driving successful delivery across client environments.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), migration strategy, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and team leadership. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role involves close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end migration projects from Informatica PowerCenter to IICS/IDMC

- Analyze existing ETL workflows, mappings, and integrations to define migration strategies

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Cloud Data Integration (CDI) solutions using IICS

- Rebuild and optimize PowerCenter mappings and workflows in IICS

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions

- Conduct technical workshops, solution discussions, and migration planning sessions

- Guide and mentor development teams on best practices, coding standards, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

- Perform testing, validation, data reconciliation, and post-migration QA activities

- Troubleshoot migration and production issues, ensuring timely resolution

- Prepare technical documentation, migration plans, validation scripts, and deployment documents

- Work with cross-functional integration tools including Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI), where applicable

- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with business objectives

- Act as a technical SME and client-facing lead throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in ETL and Data Integration

- Strong hands-on experience with :

a. Informatica PowerCenter

b. Informatica IICS / IDMC

c. Cloud Data Integration (CDI)

- Proven experience in PowerCenter to IICS (PC2IICS) migration projects

- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data mapping, and workflow orchestration

- Good knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques

- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting ETL workflows

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills

- Experience in leading technical teams and working in Agile environments

Good to Have Skills :

- Exposure to :

a. Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)

b. Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

c. MDM SaaS

d. Data governance and metadata management tools

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as :

a. Amazon Web Services

b. Microsoft Azure

c. Google Cloud Platform
