The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, and working with a modern tech stack. You will be responsible for building scalable and reliable systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the performance and security of our applications.

Qualifications :

- 5+ of technical experience in software development, with a significant focus on full stack roles.

- BE / BTech / MTech / MCA in Computer Science.

- Proven experience in a leadership or management position, leading a team of 5 or more engineers.

- Expertise in Python and GoLang for backend development.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem for front-end development.

- Extensive experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.

- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture.

- Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache Kafka.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks, particularly TensorFlow.

- Familiarity with the Elastic Stack for data logging and analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience applying Agentic AI systems to software development.
